The Hughzy online store, affiliated with the Stockholm Electronic Marketing Company, welcomes you and informs you that you will find below the terms and conditions governing your use of this store and all the legal effects that result from your use of the online store’s services through this electronic platform, as the use of any person who was for Hughzy Store, whether he is a consumer For the service or product of the store, or otherwise, this is approval and acceptance by him, and he is in full capacity considered in Sharia, system and law for all the articles and provisions of this agreement, and it is an affirmation of your commitment to its regulations and what is mentioned in it, and this agreement applies to all types of transactions between the user and the store
This agreement is valid and enforceable as soon as you agree to it and start registering at the Hughzy store under Article 10 of the Saudi Electronic Transactions System.
Article 1 – Introduction and definitions
The preamble above is an integral part of this agreement, and below you will find the meanings and definitions of the main phrases used in this agreement*
(Store) This term means a Huggzi store, and this definition includes all forms of a Huggzi store on the Internet, whether it is an electronic application, a website on the World Wide Web, or an account on a social networking site.
(User) This term means every consumer who purchases a product or service from the store through its electronic platform.
(Agreement) This term means the terms and conditions of this Agreement, which govern and regulate the relationship between the parties to this Agreement.
(Electronic Transactions System) This term means the Saudi Electronic Transactions System issued by Royal Decree M/18 dated 3/8/1428 AH.
Article 2 – Legal eligibility of the user:
1- The user acknowledges that he has a legal capacity considered in Sharia and system to deal with the store, or that he is at least eighteen years old.
2- The user agrees that if he violates this article, he will bear the consequences of this violation in front of third parties.
Article Three – Nature of Huggzi Store\’s Obligation:
1- The commitment of Huggies Store to consumers or users is to provide products.
2- Huggzi Store may provide other services such as after-sales services or other related services, due to the nature and type of products required by the user.
Article 4 – Rules for using the Huggzi store:
1- The user is obligated to use the electronic platform of the Hugsy Store in accordance with public morals and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2- The user, when purchasing a service or a product of the Huggzi store, is obligated not to use this service or product in violation of public morals and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Article Five – Accounts and Registration Obligations:
As soon as you apply to join the Hughzy Store membership as a user, you are obligated to disclose specific information and choose a username and a secret password to use when accessing the Hughzy Store services. By doing so, you agree to:
1- That you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and the confidentiality of the password, and by that you agree to inform Hughzy Store immediately of any unauthorized use of your account information with Hughzy Store or any other breach of your confidential information.
2- The Haggzy store will not, in any way, be responsible for any loss that may be incurred by you, directly or indirectly, morally or materially, as a result of revealing the username or password information.
3- You are obligated to use your account or membership with the Huggzi store yourself, as you are fully responsible for it, and if someone else uses it, this is a presumption that you have authorized them to use the store in your name and for your account.
4- You are committed when using the Huggzi store to use it with all seriousness and credibility.
5- You are obligated to disclose true, correct, updated, complete and legal information about yourself as required during registration with the Huggies store and you are obligated to update your data in changing it in reality or in case of need.
6- The Huggzi store is committed to dealing with your personal information and contact addresses in the strictest confidence.
7- If it becomes clear to the Hugsy Store that you have disclosed information that is not true, incorrect, non-current, incomplete, illegal, or in violation of what was stated in the usage agreement, then the Hugsy Store has the right to stop, freeze or cancel your membership, your store and your account on the platform This is without harming the rights of other Hugsy Stores and their legitimate means to recover their rights and protect the rest of the users.
8- In the event of non-compliance with any of the above, the management of the Huggzi store has the right to stop or cancel your store or your membership, or to block you from accessing the services of the Huggzi store again.
Article Six – Electronic Communications and Official Communication Means:
1- The parties to this agreement agree that communication takes place via the e-mail registered on the platform.
2- The user agrees that all agreements, advertisements, data and other communications that are provided electronically take the place of their written counterparts, which is a stand-alone argument, in meeting the legal and legitimate needs.
3- The user agrees to be able to communicate with him and inform him of any provisions related to this agreement or dealing with him through the management of the Huggzi Store broadcasting general messages received to all users or to specific users of the Huggzi Store.
Article 7 – Amendments to the Usage and Fees Agreement:
1- The Haggzy Store may notify you of any amendment to this agreement according to the official means of communication under this agreement, according to which your obligations are doubled or your rights are diminished according to any amendments that may be made to this agreement.
2- In the event of objection to any amendment to the usage agreement, the Hugsy Store hopes that you will stop using its services, as your mere access to your account in the Hugsy Store or your use of the Hugsy Store is considered your acceptance of the amendments and full and complete approval denying ignorance, and the Hugsy Store accepts discussion in any proposal regarding These provisions.
3- All fees are calculated in Saudi riyals, and the user must pay all fees due on the platform in addition to any other expenses added by the Hugsy Store, provided that payment is made by the approved, specific means available through the Hugsy Store.
4- Haggzy may charge some users fees, depending on the offers, products, or services they request, or what the state imposes in terms of fees or taxes on the nature of the product or service.
5- Haggzy Store reserves the right to add, increase, reduce or deduct any fees or expenses under the articles, terms and conditions of the usage agreement, for any of the users, whatever the reason for their registration.
Article 8 – Payment and payment services in the Huggies store:
1- The Huggzi Store, through its partners, provides the payment and payment system in the Huggzi Store. It can be done entirely online through the payment options available on the Huggzi Store or through any payment method provided by the Huggzi Store from time to time.
2- The Haggzy store is committed to determining the price of the service or product that it offers in its store according to the recognized market value.
3- The Haggzy store is obligated to provide invoices, receipt vouchers, and receipt vouchers for all amounts and profits that arise in its store, and it is obligated to give the user an invoice for his purchase of the service or product of the Hagzy store.
4- Hagzy Store is committed to providing the accounting specifications recognized in its online store, in application of the provisions of this agreement, and the legal, economic, commercial and regulatory interests in this regulation
Article 9 – Your Personal Information and Transaction Details Information:
1- The user acknowledges that he grants The Hugsy Store an unlimited, universal, permanent, irrevocable, royalty-free right and license to use information, personal materials, or otherwise provided by you or supplied to the Hugsy Store platform or announced on the platform through your accession or use of it This can be done through the forms designated for communication and registration, or through any e-mail or any of the communication channels available on the platform. 2- The provisions of the confidentiality of consumer information are subject to the rules of the \”Privacy Policy and Confidentiality of Information\” of the Hughzy Store, and to the provisions of this agreement related to the confidentiality of information.
Article Ten – Intellectual Property:
1- The intellectual property rights of the Hughzy Store are wholly owned by the Hughzy Store, whether they were owned by them before or after the establishment of this electronic platform.
2- The user or consumer respects the intellectual property rights of the Hughzy Store, which includes the Hughzy Store itself, and the words, logos and other symbols of the Hughzy Store or displayed on the Hughzy Store, as the Hughzy Store, and every right affiliated with the Hughzy Store, are fully intellectual property rights Huggies store.
Article Eleven – Huggzi Store Responsibility:

3- The Haggzy store, its employees, owners, and their representatives are committed to ensuring that the products are sound, legitimate, and authorized in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and that they are used for legitimate purposes.
Article Twelve – Confidentiality of Information:
1- Hughzy Store takes measures (tangible, organizational, and technical) to protect users and prevent unauthorized access to users\’ personal information, and save it.
2- You acknowledge as a user that the World Wide Web is not a completely secure method, and the confidentiality of your personal information cannot be 100% guaranteed through the Huggies store.
3- Hughzy Store has no control over the actions of any third party, or third parties, such as other web pages linked by links to the platform or third parties claiming to represent you and others.
4- You know and agree that the Huggzi Store may use your information that you provided it with, for the purpose of providing services to you in the Huggzi Store, and for sending marketing messages to you, and that privacy in the Huggzi Store controls the collection, processing, use and transfer of your personal identification information, and the rules for confidentiality of information are subject to \” Privacy Policy and Confidentiality of Information\” of the Huggzi Store.
Article Thirteen – Restriction of Access or Membership:
Hugsy Store can suspend or cancel the user\’s membership or restrict the user\’s access to the platform\’s services at any time, without notice, for any reason, and without limitation.
Article Fourteen – Applicable Law or Regulation:
This User Agreement is governed and drafted in accordance with the laws, regulations and legislation in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is completely and completely subject to the regulations in force with the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Article Fifteen – General Provisions:
In the event that any incoming material or clause in this User Agreement is canceled or there is any incoming material or any clause in the Use Agreement that is no longer enforceable, such an order does not revoke the validity of the rest of the articles, terms and provisions contained in the User Agreement and remains in effect until further notice Managed by Huggies Store.
This usage agreement – which may be amended from time to time as the case may be – constitutes the usage agreement, the working mechanism, the understanding, the agreement and the contract between Haggzy Store and the user, and both parties to this agreement agree to take into consideration the following:
1- The Arabic language is the language in force when interpreting the provisions of this Agreement, or when translating it into another language.
2- All prices offered on Huggzi Store services or products may be modified from time to time.
3- The promotional or marketing offers that Hughzy Store may place are temporary offers, as Hughzy Store has the right to modify or stop these promotional or marketing offers at any time.
4- The parties to this agreement are obligated to deal with each other in a manner that does not violate the legal rules, regulations, and laws in force related to the nature of the dealings between the Haggzy store and the user.
5- This usage agreement is only canceled by a decision issued by the management of the Huggzi Store.
