When will my order be shipped?

Our goal is to process orders as quickly as possible. The average shipping time for orders placed Monday through Friday is 48 hours.

Where do you ship orders from?

All over the country, we ship! We will send your order to the nearest warehouse with stock upon placing your order. We will often ship your orders in multiple packages in order to get everything to you as quickly as possible.

How can I track my order?

We will email you the tracking information once your order has been shipped. Make sure to add Haggzi to your “safe” email list in case this email ends up in your spam folder, or you can track the order through this link.

How long does it take for the shipment to arrive?

Delivery within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia takes approximately 2 hours to 10 working days.

How do I know the status of my application?

You can view your current order status and order history by visiting the Orders page when logged on to our website.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel or change an order, please contact us and we will work to adjust the order before our fulfillment team can begin. Unfortunately, it’s not always possible for us to make the changes requested due to our fast shipping process, but we’re here to help with hassle-free returns and will work with you to see your refund in a timely manner.

What if there is a problem with my orders?

I received a voucher code, how do I use it?

At the bottom of the cart page, you can paste your code into the “Coupon Code” box. Your total discount will appear on the checkout page.

How long does it take to get my money back in case of a return?

Our team understands the importance of processing refunds in a timely and reliable manner. It may take up to 7-21 days to receive your refund due to return shipping, inspection and credit processing times. Once it is completed, you will receive an email notification.
